The Henry County Museum is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday, the first week of April through the third week of December. Admission is $5 for adults and youth. No charge for children under 12.

Museum exhibits are located in the historic Anheuser-Busch Building on West Franklin, just off the northwest corner of the Clinton Square.

Entrance to the building is through the adjacent Annex, 203 W. Franklin, which is wheelchair accessible. There is no charge to tour the Walk-through 19th-century Village and the art gallery in the Annex. Restrooms, Genealogy Library and museum offices are also located in the Annex. A ramp connects the Annex to the Anheuser-Busch Building, which is wheelchair accessible except for the Military Room, which is upstairs.

Clinton has no parking meters. In addition to street parking, there is a museum parking lot across the street from the Henry County Museum Annex.
